Fender Stratocaster 1964
Up for sale is a very cool 1964 Fender Stratocaster in Fiesta Red!
The refinish looks to have been done a long time ago, showing some normal play wear throughout the body. Neck is amazing, fast, precise and comfortable. It looks to have been re fretted, which makes it a great playing neck with good fret height. Truss rod moves freely.
What makes this guitar even more special? Its sought after original (2) Abbigail Ybarra pickups! Bridge and middle are still original, neck pickup is a sweet 1965 grey bottom.
Pots are not original, but it retains the original 3 way switch and output jack and plate. Bridge and saddle are original. Pick guard is a reproduction, the original pick guard being in somewhat of a rough shape (still included in the sale).
This is truly one of the best playing and sounding pre-cbs Stratocasters we've had in the showroom for a long time, it's the real deal!
